Terms of Service
These terms of service ("Terms") govern the use of the ProBankConvert service ("Service"). The Service is provided by MB ProBuhalterija (company code: 304 208 845, "Provider").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service description
ProBankConvert is a bank statement conversion tool that:
- Accepts PDF and CSV format bank statements
- Converts them to camt.053 (ISO 20022) XML format
- Provides the converted file for download or sends it by email
2. Usage conditions
- The Service is intended solely for lawful purposes — converting your own or your clients' bank statements.
- You are responsible for the content and legality of uploaded files.
- It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, abuse, or attempt to compromise system security.
- Automated mass use of the Service without separate agreement is prohibited.
3. Free and paid plans
- Starter plan — 1 free conversion per month, indefinitely.
- Professional plan — paid subscription or one-time payment, providing additional features as described on the website.
- Business plan — paid subscription or one-time payment, providing unlimited conversions and API access.
Prices are listed on the website and may be changed with prior notice to existing paid users.
4. Payments and cancellation
- Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers or by bank transfer based on an issued invoice. The Provider does not directly store your payment card data.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the paid period; refunds are not issued for unused time.
- The Starter plan is free (1 conversion per month) — you may use it indefinitely with no commitment before deciding to upgrade to a paid plan.
5. Intellectual property
- The ProBankConvert trademark, design, software code, and content belong to MB ProBuhalterija.
- Your uploaded files and converted results are your property. The Provider acquires no rights to your data.
6. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
- The Provider makes every effort to ensure conversion accuracy but does not guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases.
- The user must verify the conversion result before importing it into accounting software.
- The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from inaccurate conversion, service downtime, or other technical issues.
- The Provider's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
7. Service availability
- The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted service operation but does not guarantee 100% availability.
- During maintenance or updates, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
- The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, informing users accordingly.
8. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
The Provider may modify these Terms. We will inform about material changes on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the Provider's registered office.
